Thankyou for your effort. I have flashed and verified with my CH341A, but I still only get 2 red flashes. I expect I now need to start verifying all voltage rails on the motherboard. Edit: I have found a short on the PEX rail for the 2070, ordering a replacement GPU.

I also have two red and no display - what is the meaning of this light, I'll attach my bios dump if it is caused by corruption.
