Hi,
Can you rebuild this BIOS please? or at least point me to a functioning one, I can't find it anywhere.
Laptop model:
Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 16ALC7
Motherboard:
LC57-16ABA 213176-1N
Laptop does not boot.
Thanks!
Great. I would need to present this information to the customer since it means more money and see if he would still like to proceed. I'll get back to you later if the customer says yes. Thanks.
I'm fairly new to this. How would a patch work? Is it like an .exe file that I install on windows? Or would I need to use the programmer like I would do with any .BIN file?
I'll double check the motherboard again because the M2 is a known good hard drive, so I know the drive is good. I'll see what I can do after that. Thanks.
Is there anything that can be done then? Would downloading original BIOS from HP support and modifying it work?
One note is that the files I uploaded are the originals, at least I extracted the files from the chips. Don't know if maybe the previous owner had already reprogram the chips and then...
I've inspected the board under a thermal camera and processor gets warm, but not as hot as expected, just a hotspot, doesn't get evenly hot. I've seen this before when the processor is bad. I purchased a working board for just $50 US.
Thnaks for the tip and the firmware!
Hi, could you help me rebuild please? SSD not recognized, i've tried everything and logic board seems ok, but still no NVMe present.
