Hello, I am fixing a z370 godlike and trying to measure the pch_dpwrok voltage, when I measure it my board turns off and when I stop measuring it it turns on again. Does anyone know what this voltage does, what size it is and why my board turns off when I measure it?

Hello, I am repairing a msi z370 godlike motherboard and I have found some missing components, 4 capacitors and 3 resistors, those marked in the photo. My question is for the capacitors, connecting pin 1 to 2 (ground) would be enough, or would I have to put a new capacitor?
