Both two version cannot boot

The program is good as I can write another bios file and the laptop is booting. But my real problem is that my nvdia mx150 is not detected after bios v1.21 update.

I have write LA-E892P.bin using this programmer but it does not boot.

I'm using CH341A USB programmer, is it ok?
