I was hoping someone on the Internet would have a bios dump to download on the Internet but no luck finding one.

I have the tool I just couldn't get the bios. Emachines doesn't have it to download on their website and I looked all over the Internet and couldn't locate it.

I thought since it was the same number the bios was the same and it wasnt. I guess that's why emachine didn't have no updates on there site.

I messed up by installing the winfast bios because it was newer than the emachine bios and I'm trying to reinstall the emachine bios.

The only difference is the winfast has 4 dimm slot and the emachine and gateway has 2. The winfast bios makes the the emachine fans run at full throttle and the power indicator light turns on for a second when powering up then goes off then stays off even though the pc is still on

The gateway gt5476e uses the same board and bios as the emachine t3642.

Do you have the one for emachines this one for winfast. The emachine board is a winfast board but modified and has a different bios. When I install this one it makes the fan run at full speed.
