Ask Lenovo T440 charging only in sleep mode.

I'm encountering this wierd problem with Lenovo t440. This laptop charger only in sleep mode. It won't charge when the laptop is ON, only the charging lights blink when plugging in power but no charging. Batteries are charging fine.
