I figured out I used 3.3V version of W25Q64, so it can't work with this laptop. When I replaced Flash chip to W25Q64FW (1.8 V), file 8.bin works fine, there isn't any password. Thank you, @ThienBui for your help.

Unfortunately, file 8.bin doesn't work. Computer doesn't start, only Power LED lights up.

I forgot to post my original BIOS dump, and I can't edit my post, so I did it below.

Please help. I tried many BIOS files from this forum, without any result. There was only worse, laptop ask for password on the first screen or it doesn't start at all. P/N 431202919010 There is BIOS password, I can't upgrade SSD. I attached BIOS dump with password.
