Not working. LED blink error code: 2 amber / 1 white (CPU Failure). Same problem with other dumps that I tried. Only one is working, but slow boot. Isn't that ME region failed?

hello I need bios for dell xps 9550 . (AAM00 LA-C361P rev 1: 0 (A00) I need 1mb, 4mb and 16mb all bios above not working. some bios above LED blink error code: 2 amber / 1 white (CPU Failure). Same problem with other dumps that I tried. Please give me the 3 bios file good. thanks

...you check my dumps? The laptop was working fine yesterday, today the only thing I did is replace the battery with a new 6-cell original one and I get no POST and two amber and one white blinks. I tried the files in the first post, but nothing changed. My board is LA-C361P Rev 1.0, if it matters.
