Another device bios file that i read it's working (power on & logo avalable )but BIOS on top when i wright not power on why any idea?

when i revise the device that data only inside bios chip. i read data from another device( a1466 ) and wright in this device device power on booting logo came show loading too slow but not complete. This my first experience about bios programming . I am using ch341 with sam connector

which file i have to wright ( A1466 820-00165-A.BIN or clear me 820-00165.bin ) both i tried but same no power(when i power on 30 second fan working then switching off ) ineed to add or edit anything in this file ?

My mac book air a1466 not power on. After program bios device power on but not booting (long booting still on booting logo). I download some bios file from this forum still same .how to repair my old bios file (old bios file attached). Any body can help me.
