there is no chip on the motherboard ... i receve the surface laptop 3 without chip . this is the problem . another man try to remove the chip but he not succed to desoldring .

i think is the hardware of rt809h give error ... i try this programer and give me lotoff error . read or write . for this reason i change programer to the l688 plus II no error ... i dont mean rt809h is bad but there some problem on the hardware ... must ifix fix the programmer
