Today I’m working on another board of this model.
I believe that during a Windows update, the BIOS was also updated and something went wrong. Now the laptop powers on, but there is no image and no POST.
What would be the best way to solve this?
Should I reprogram it using its original BIOS...

I have created this topic to ask for help regarding a board that is missing four resistors.
I need someone who has the same board and could kindly measure or confirm the values of these components, as there is no schematic available for this model.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I couldn’t find a schematic or boardview for this board, nor for a similar model to check the missing components.
I believe they may have been accidentally knocked off when the customer opened the laptop.

I managed to boot the system from USB and entered HBCD without any issues.
After further analysis, we concluded that the problem is likely related to the M.2 controller integrated into the CPU.
We will return the unit to the customer.
