Hello, I need to disable onboard RAM. Please for help.

I changed on wimbond 16MB but MB doesn't start. On old BIOS power consumption is 1.2A and blinking caps lock 5long and 3short. Do you have any ideas what can I do else?

I tried 2 dumps, on one dump no reactrion, on second dump 0.15A power consumption

after programming power consumption: 0.150A and capslock blinking here is my old dumps. Without 8MB power consumpltion is 0.01A

But I'm not sure if bios is on u365 or u366 because it was soldering. Kbc is programable ?

U366 is BIOS and U365 is EC?
