I've sent the original bios and also the one I've tried which works, but, no touch.

I've uploaded original bios file which was causing Surface logo to flash and turn off. I've flashed with the attached clean me region file and it works and turns on but Touch does not work and Intel Management Engine is showing 0.0.0.0 as version numbers. I've tried different N-Trig modules...
