clearme doesn't always work you need to return the previous BIOS and check in windows is it working properly?

With the previous BIOS, I booted with an image after 30 seconds and accessed Windows.
Now nothing starts, it doesn't turn on

The problem was my BIOS chip, it had gone bad... thanks!!
