BIOS inspiron 3501 LA-K034p

The machine won't turn on; I was wondering if the presence of a TPM chip makes any difference when repairing the BIOS—which is why I mentioned that the motherboard has a TPM chip.
Normally, when the TPM default information changes, it will report a TPM not detected error on every boot.

The issue occurred after a BIOS update; the computer stopped turning on following the update. I would like your help repairing the BIOS—please perform whatever procedure you deem necessary for this type of problem. It doesn't matter if a TPM message appears. Please.
