Ask la-k491p Rev 2.0 No Power and 5v Stuck with org Bios

Cpu srko3 . Typce c ic and core was was shorted. Now with the org bios its stuck ok 5v . tried other bios from vinafix. from the vinafix bios it boosts to 20v but machine is in no power. it seems like ddr voltage comes and goes . please give me a proper ok file for this one..

it was on the bios chip. can you give me a good file then please

So we have to determine why the backup bios is HP while the computer is Dell? It's very possible that someone intentionally damaged the device before it got to you
