I have 3 motherboard,all are same problem? What is problem again I tell you.Dell 213093-1 this motherboard when I flashing bios it's power on but after flashed bios I do save service tag number then its not turning,

Where did you get your motherboard from? What is its status like? most likely a hardware fault
