BIOS HP Compaq Pro 6380 Microtower PC EDISON REV A

Good afternoon. Could you help me with this .bin file for an HP Z220 SFF Workstation PC (motherboard: Edison Ver A)? When plugged into the power outlet, the PC turns on immediately, emits 5 beeps from the internal speaker, and fails to output any video. A few seconds later, the fan speeds up, and nothing else happens. I have attached the old BIOS file. Thanks.
