BIOS Asus FX707ZM

Is this the latest bios for fx707zm ? as i am facing display issues with the 316 official version of bios which is on the asus's website, latest version is from 2023 ? The above attachments are not accessible so can you reshare it
 
Wait i've to pay for a bios ? that too 20 bucks ? I don't know we had to pay for it.. am i understanding something wrong
