I flashed the BIOS with the file, but the PC won’t start. When I plug it in, the white LED blinks, the fan spins up quickly once, then the computer shuts down, and this keeps repeating every time.

Hello friend, I need a BIOS for my computer. I have lost all service tags, and when I use a BIOS from another computer that has a service tag, it won't exit factory mode, and there's no sound when booting into Windows. I don't have the original BIOS for my computer.
