It didn't work, the laptop turns on and immediately shuts off. We tried with that BIOS, but there was no change, and we also swapped the RAM, but it still doesn’t work. Any ideas on what else could be checked? The laptop just shut off during an update, apparently.

You need to try another BIOS if you have the same problem, you need to check the hardware
