BIOS HP 290 G3 Microtower PC MILTON-B rev.A

hello, my system doesn't boot from hdd,usb...or any other device,,, i tried above file but its the same i got this file posted here it workes fine on my pc but stucks after 5 or 6 minute can u please repair this file for my system

so it's not a bios problem
