OptiPlex 7010

DELL 7010. I don't really know what to record. When I start the computer, nothing is displayed on the monitor. When I put the SERVICE MODE jumper on the motherboard, it displays a message on the monitor that it has started in service mode. I suspect that the BIOS is damaged. I posted the BIOS files in previous posts: 4MB and 8MB

i think it have password
you need Programming both bios other and compare
 
This is not the fault of the password in the BIOS. After enabling the PSWD jumper on the motherboard, the password message disappears. However, it still shows the message that it is working in SERVICE MODE. The motherboard without the SERVICE MODE jumper does not display it.
