Which boardview software opens the GR boardview file ?. I have tried Allegro Free Physical Viewer Portable 17.2 but it doesnt open it
 
Regardless of whether the keyboard is connected or not, the device restarts when I turn it off.
It also restarts when I turn it off with the button.
the machine does not turn off.
I tried the files on the site but the problem is the same in all of them.

you need try pne BIOS new and check AMD chip
