Lenovo Ideapad 300-15ISK - NM-A481

not working my old bios working but the screen is freezing when showing data , it show a black light screen

there have other bios ? because when i program your bios not showing data , but my old bios it show data after Lenovo Logo the screen will black ....
 
this is the problem i tray many bios after Lenovo Logo it happening this dear ... i check motherboard all is good and other parts also , if you have idea to see it what the solution
