The file that I uploaded is the one that I read from the equipment, my client comments that they updated the BIOS but I did not finish the update, right now the equipment turns on without video after 3 minutes, accelerates the fan and turns off
 
I tried the file above but the equipment does not turn on, pressing the button only turns it on and off instantly
 
like i said you need to check the programming tool first why backup not enough data? from there you will find the cause
