I bought a brand new battery two times and both the same. they are charging and these new batteries have to activate to get the voltage coming out of the battery some how I don't understand how is working new battery.
I have two pins one ground and one power and another 4 pins two of the I have 3.36 one of the 0.76 and 4th one is 0.
When I take the AC adapter out there is no voltage at all. I took one of the batteries apart there is 12-volt voltage but somehow does not show on the cable output which means need the gate to activate it has a problem
