Try this... in first screen you see error. Enter to bios (should be no password) enter to security tab, restore security settings to default. press yes, he restart , accept all change F1 etc...... the error should be removed. Let me know.

I have already reset the security settings but the message persists. now, with your builded bin, the machine starts up smoothly, no error message and the password deleted. I am comparing the locked file and yours, the only difference is at the first padding file. Does this file store security data?
