Casper CPS SP15 UMA MAIN BOARD REV 2.1

i have a problem with this main even if i have rewrote bios. When i put in power cord the main goes on and i have all tensions but no video and i can't turn off it with button. If i put in battery it doesn't go on. Can you help me?

There are many reasons but first I think you need to try a new battery
