old bios error what ?
THE MACHINE WAS POWERING ON BUT ORANGE LIGHT ON HEALTH INDICATOR AND WAS NO DISPLAY

no display has a lot of problems, you need to try another BIOS to compare the results first

i tried above bios but no luck
i say you try to compare the difference how are you sure the problem is coming from the BIOS to ask it to work?

FIRST LED health red led flashing (System failure) in its original bios
when i change bios it become solid red ( CPU failure)

Server BIOS is not like normal computer BIOS I don't have much experience with it and servers usually have a lot of BIOS chips
