I TRYED MORE THAN 10 BIOS EVERY TIME THE SAME MESSAGE "machine is not in committed state"

hp probook 640 G2 Need rebuild this bios .I have a problem with the LAN and I tried reprogramming the bios several times and it solved the LAN problem but I get a message "machine is not in committed state"

Thanks for help, actually it startup to windows but laptop don't turn off , and i can't startup from usb flash.

Thanks for help, it display fast but it doesn't boot into Windows and I can't change in the bios While it was function normally in the old bios.
