The only bios on the board was 4mb for usbc controllers, no other bios on the board, you can see on the image u2201 was never there- Stepan Matus

my nm-e091 doesn't have bios chip on it, u2201 is not on the board, laptop blinks esc,f1,f4, do I need to program ec instead? can you post ec bin?- Stepan Matus
