Problem solved. It was the LCD replacement. We swapped for another brand and it worked perfectly

We've tried with no luck... same problem occur: when you plug in hdmi the integrated display gets disabled in settings We're gonna try another OS to see if the problem still happens (you know how buggy windows 11 is...) I'll post what happened later when the customer bring us the laptop. best...

Adding that the part number of the replaced screen is exactly the same as the original. The screen even show as active in devmgmt.msc and show in settings though its settings stay greyed out
