I am encountering an issue with the (XPS 15 9500 LA-J191P.bin). it remains stuck in a ‘Manufacturing Mode Active and service tag’ loop. After pressing Alt-F and Add new service tag, save and exit bios it show the same error again and again

Do you mean press Alt-F a? After press send you file .bin?

thank, but the builds022 turn no display then off. i try this Bios (XPS 15 9500 LA-J191P) can on, loud fan, alway slow ALT-F and set s/tag. press Alt-F and set s/tag but keep asking to set ALT-F and set s/tag (looping) hope you able help
