am referring to HP 640 G1 6050A2566302 MB A04, the keyboard is not working fine after changing to the new keyboard

I have hp probook 640 G1 with keyboard problem, when power on the laptop it displays and beeps continously while there is no keyboard connected. If keyboard is connected some keys will not responds and I have changed a new keyboard and it still the same. I need help.
