HI, I have lenovo yoga duet 7 13ITL6 battery wont charge more than 60% i have tried 3 batteries and its always the same it must be bios issue . can you repair it|?

can i give you serial maybe you can find another? but based to motherboard name this file should be the correct one so i have cpu issue then its UMA

Bios extracted from liquid damaged device ryzen 9 [100-000001309] and GPU MODEL GN21-X4-A1 with ITE IT5570G-256 FXA the bios is fully working. Can you identify the broken part for me if you can ? i have attached image the marking is b3gdb must be gpu or gpu memory controller?
