The power button is flashing 3 red 5 blue, could there be a problem in the BIOS?

Didn't help, the behavior is the same. Image is there, spins up the fans and then shuts down after 40 seconds

Please clear ME. Takes a long time to turn on, fans humming and turns off after a while. Thank you.
