Unlock password please

Could you remove bios lock, please. Says some settings are managed by your organization and cannot disable secure boot.

Has password this one old, i want to remove it with new bios, but if i use the one from link laptop turns on and just no image

Hmm, whenever i reflash to the different bios files it goes to blank screen and pwr button + caps lock blinks, if ill upload backup file back it boots again, but with password. Any ideas?
