Finally I solved the problem. Touchpad problem is not a BIOS problem. The touchpad randomly working problem (error 10, etc) is relacionated with the solders of the flex connector on the mainboard. Here is the solution: Thank you for your attention.

No entiendo, somos clientes Super Vip. De todas formas, no se puede reparar la BIOS original conservando esos datos? en otras ocasiones lo has hecho, por que esta vez no?

El numero de serie del equipo es PF25HWC6. El resto de datos no se, estan codificados y no se como leerlos. Por eso le pedi arreglar la BIOS original. Si no me servia cualquiera BIOS.
