It is turning on but no picture, the fan is spining and the cpu is getting hot. I reseted the bios, i extracted the bios from official website also i disabled onboard ram from the bios, but the same fault, no picture. HS461&HS561&HS761 NM-D521 2020-12-11 Rev:2.0 PF2ZXBKP
