    Dear Support, The system turns on for 3 second and then turns of with bios which i send earlier it was random display and frees. please check.

    This shows the event log errors when the system is freezing, do you need any other information from my side?

    It normally freeze randomly with no blue screen error code - please find event logs attached.

    The laptop turns on, keyboard lights turn on for few seconds then it restarts. No display.
