still same only powers on once and second time need to disconnect batteries, but one more problem start, it boots only to bios setting when power on. kindly help

MS-15811 when RTC battery and main battery is connected, it boots only once. after shut down will not boot again. i need to disconnect RTC and main battery to restart. original bios is attached. might need to fix bios or clear me.. kindly help

Dell Precision 5560 LA-K411P switch on some times dell icon appears other wise do not boot up. kindly help orginal bios is attached.

DAG7HAMB8F0 Rev :C keyboard stop working after boot windows. and after pressing ctr + alt + del and cancel to come back on windows, again keyboard start working. and after 2 min stop working. to make keyboard work again need to press ctr + alt + del...... it seems some thing wrong with ec bios...
