i programmed EC before a hour, its ok i taken file from another laptop all things work good now, no errors

i don't have old file i need programming because the old EC IC was shorted and i replaced it, then i need now programming the mb now no have short and when i connect adapter the power key is on for a moment then off so i need EC programming file
