BIOS BIOS XPS 8940

Hello!
When we got the desktop for the first time it didn't give any status it just didn't turn on, we re-recorded the BIOS and it worked perfectly, however after a certain time, we don't know if it was an interrupted update that caused this new defect, but now whenever the system launches it displays a message "manufacturing mode active dell press alt-f". Pressing alt-f quickly displays another "8AC6D992" message. going to setup and inserting the service tag, saving and restarting, the changes are not saved and the field is blank after entering setup again. Furthermore Windows 11 operating system does not recognize TPM even with PTT and segure boot enabled. We've re-recorded again, changed the cr2032 battery and even changed the BIOS chip and the status didn't change.
(Desktop XPS 8940, Service Tag: 217X783)
Thank you very much

Maintained the same status, the defect remains the same.
An observation to help better, this BIOS that I sent earlier on the forum was the second time I got this computer, I got it from a forum, I re-recorded it and it worked for a while, but the original equipment, with the initial defect, is still here.
Anyway thank you for your attention.

Can you please correct that last bios (dump).
This is original taken for the first time from the XPS 8940. It does not enable TPM 2.0.
Thanks!

Hello!
How is it for me to make the video or photo?
Is it possible to fix this latest bios (dump) without the tpm 2.0 patch?
Thank you very much!

I need to see the problem you want me to help with.

In the video you can see my attempt to save the Service Tag in the equipment's bios without success, because after restarting it does not save the settings.
Also below is an image showing that the system does not recognize the TPM even though the PTT option is activated in Setup.
One note whenever it popped up Alt-f I pressed it but it didn't register my action.
