HP Still Warning machine is not in committed state

Hi,

I add to my bios serial etc. and i have still information:
,,Warning machine is not in committed state''.

My BIOS setting export to config.txt

Help me.

I don't have oryginal bios file, because i buy this laptop with faulty bios. Bios was clean.

Laptop works but wen i turn on, i have this notice.

I try Downgrade / Upgrade bios from BIOS & HP LAN update. But still have this warning.

Yes i tried this. I check many information, YT video etc. before created this post.

5.Fill in all the information as prompted.''

Then i have problem:




When i use :

1. Shut down notebook

2. Press WIN+UP+DOWN and the power button, HOLDING IT FOR at least 2 seconds''

Then i have message:



When i use boot from file, and choose BRAND14 :
