"Machine is not in committed state!" on startup. Otherwise, works just fine. Can it be fixed?

Does not work. There is delay (no screen) for 20s after power on, that message is still there and machine shuts down after 40s or so.

BIOS Original where ?

That's original bios (actually updated to the latest version). I bought new motherboard that was never initialized, after initialization with HP software (wndmifit) everything went well except that message at boot. I obviously did something wrong...

But never mind, I reprogrammed bios and EC flash with the content from my old dead motherboard, and after ME clean now everything works great.
