It takes time to turn on (it restarts 4 times)

With the bios that is corrupt it turns on fast, but obviously it is corrupt.

I already tried another bios clear me and it still restarts 4 times.

What do you think is happening?

I think everything will be fine when you connect all accessories and battery

I already connected everything and the problem continues, I think it's always a bios problem, since with the corrupt bios it turns on fast and with the others it doesn't.

so you can try more bios other and compare
there is no other solution
