i did not.i just took the 8mb file for reprogramming using the ch341a.the problem did not solved so i was wondering i made a mistake by ignoring the file

Hi i have this board. Board auto turns on but core and ram and southbridge supply not coming. So i see that N_-SLP_S3 signal from southbridge is not coming to Q31 and MQ1. So instead i make jumper to ground to R100 and now core and ram and southbridge supply are coming, but not beeps no display and also N_-SLP_S3 still not available. Pls help. SLP_S3# signal is low not coming, so core and ram section is unavailable unless i make jumper to R100 to ground. Is my PCH dead?
