này ko phải do bios nếu nạp file không clear me.

Hello is this BIOS working? When i remove my bios chip from motherboard there is orange light blinking (signalling no bios) fans are spinning but no display of course BUT when i put this bios (clear me. bin from above) on the motherboard motherboard became suddendly absolute dead no light no fan spinning. what could be problem? Could someone post here dump from SIO chip (SMSC 5553-NU) from this motherboard? Thank You
