apple mac book startup problem

anybody can fix my problem or give idea , my mac air and mac book pro after re flash bios (EFI). i can used my laptop only safe boot . if i go normal mode stop on apple logo or white screen . i already used some tips for fix startup like fsck, ( fish boot file system), and command +d ( check hardware ) everything its fine . what i have do next
please help me
